Non-refundable Items:

Once we receive and inspect your return:
•Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
•Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
 
We accept returns within 14–30 days of delivery for unused and unopened candles in their original packaging.
 
 

To be eligible for a return:

•The candle must be unused and unburned
•It must be in original packaging
•You must provide proof of purchase
 
 

Non-Returnable items:

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
•Burned or used candles
•Custom or personalised candles
•Clearance or sale items
 
 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your candle arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
•Your order number
•Photos of the damage
 
We will offer a replacement or refund.
 
 

Return Policy:

•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
•Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
